[REPOST/MIRROR]
"Biochemist Raises Questions about Nude-o-Scopes [rdbrewer]

Chromosome Damage From Radiation

On the significance of the type of radiation used:

The TSA has been stating that the X-rays used in the back scatter machines use 'soft' X-rays, which are defined as radiation between 0.12-12 keV (or kilo electron volts) and are generally stopped, or absorbed, by soft tissue or low density matter. 'Hard' X-rays are between 12-128 keV and are absorbed by dense matter like bone. According to the TSA safety documents, AIT uses an 50 keV source that emits a broad spectra (see adjacent graph from here). Essentially, this means that the X-ray source used in the Rapiscan system is the same as those used for mammograms and some dental X-rays, and uses BOTH 'soft' and 'hard' X-rays. Its very disturbing that the TSA has been misleading on this point. Here is the real catch: the softer the X-ray, the more its absorbed by the body, and the higher the biologically relevant dose! This means, that this radiation is potentially worse than an a higher energy medical chest X-ray.
(Emphasis mine.) He has several concerns about the power of the machines in question:

•Based on the limited engineering schematics released in the safety documents, the machines could be easily reconfigured to perform through-the-body X-rays, and the hardware has the capability to output high doses of radiation though failure or both authorized and unauthorized reconfiguration of software and hardware.

•The X-ray beam is being rastered across the body--that is, scanned in lines from side to side, top to bottom, like a TV screen. If the machine fails or gets stuck during a pass, there is a possibility a person's eye, testicle, or hand, for example, could receive a dangerous dose of X-rays.

•This possibility gives rise to certain questions: What is the failure rate of these machines? What is the failure rate in an operational environment? Who services the machine? What is the decay rate of the filter? What is the decay rate of the shielding material?

•Also, what is the variability in the power of the X-ray source during the manufacturing process? The Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Laboratory noted a significant disparity in their test models--which were supposed to be adjusted to exact specifications.

On the widely publicized claim that radiation from the machines amounts to the same exposure one would receive after two to three minutes of flight:

With respect to errors in the safety reports and/or misleading information about them, the statement that one scan is equivalent to 2-3 minutes of your flight is VERY misleading. Most cosmic radiation is composed of high energy particles that passes right through our body, the plane and even most of the earth itself without being absorbed or even detected. The spectrum that is dangerous is known as ionizing radiation and most of that is absorbed by the hull of the airplane. So relating non-absorbing cosmic radiation to tissue absorbing man-made radiation is simply misleading and wrong.
Much more at the link, including questions raised by scientists about the lack of testing and safety data provided by the government and/or the manufacturers and the lack of independent testing and data. He also points out how stingy the release of information has been, with many things redacted in the material that has been made available. Why?

BS LAWS -
H.R. 2749: Food Safety Enhancement Act of 2009
A.K.A. Senate Bill S510 Is a bill currently in senate awaiting further review, that details and controls the way food is to be grown, owned, traded, transported, shared, and consumed.

www.federalobserver.com/2010/0…
EXCERPT - "Monsanto says it has no interest in the bill and would not benefit from it, but Monsanto's Michael Taylor who gave us rBGH and unregulated genetically modified (GM) organisms, appears to have designed it and is waiting as an appointed Food Czar to the FDA (a position unapproved by Congress) to administer the agency it would create without judicial review if it passes."

     BS BIOFUELS -
Ethanol was origianlly the 1st fuel used for internal combustion engines, ironicly the way it's produced, through fermentation, produces more CO2 than just refining "petro" and burning a pre-existing organic compound.

www.telegraph.co.uk/earth/envi…
EXCERPT - "Green fuels made from soy beans cause four times more climate-warming emissions than standard diesel or petrol, according to a European report into biofuels...
Biofuels have already been criticised for causing food shortages in countries where land for rice or wheat has been displaced by fields of soy beans or sugarcane for fuel.

     BS GENETIC ENGINEERING
In this LA Times Article Salmon is aparently going to be the 1st commertial genetically engineered food animal species.  Not good news to those of us who are aware of the documented increased incidence of organ failure and cancer related to the consumtion of genetically engineered crops.

www.latimes.com/business/la-fi…
Excerpt - "The firm has developed genetically engineered salmon that reach market weight in half the usual time. What's more, it hopes to avoid the pollution, disease and other problems associated with saltwater fish farms by having its salmon raised in inland facilities...
"This is the threshold case. If it's approved, there will be others," said Eric Hallerman, head of the fisheries and wildlife sciences department at Virginia Tech University. "If it's not, it'll have a chilling effect for years.""

     BS WORKER'S RIGHTS
In China one of the countries that frequently critisizes the west has absolutely atrocious working conditions.  As if this is new news, but given their critisism and hostility towards the "west", I felt I had to point this out.  Also because an economy needs balance, China is almost entirely export/labor, America is almost entirely import/service.  We need to build things to have a good economy that's why China is doing so relatively well.

www.independent.co.uk/opinion/…
EXCERPT - "Deaths from overwork are so common in Chinese factories that they have a word for it: guolaosi. China Daily estimates that 600,000 people are killed this way every year, mostly making goods for us."

I want to do this more frequently, posting weird and BS news that makes you go "hu?"

These last 2 are in direct violation  of the 10th amendment, a state's right to succed from the union...

A few quotes...

"To achieve world government, it is necessary to remove from the minds of men their individualism, loyalty to family traditions, national patriotism, and religious dogmas." - Brock Adams, Director UN Health Organization

"A world government can intervene militarily in the internal affairs of any nation when it disapproves of their activities." - Kofi Annan, U.N. Secretary General

"We are grateful to The Washington Post, The New York Times, Time Magazine and other great publications whose directors have attended our meetings and respected their promises of discretion for almost forty years. It would have been impossible for us to develop our plan for the world if we had been subject to the bright lights of publicity during those years. But, the work is now much more sophisticated and prepared to march towards a world government. The supranational sovereignty of an intellectual elite and world bankers is surely preferable to the national autodetermination practiced in past centuries." -

David Rockefeller, founder of the Trilateral Commission, in an address to a meeting of The Trilateral Commission, in June, 1991.

"In the next century, nations as we know it will be obsolete; all states will recognize a single, global authority. National sovereignty wasn't such a great idea after all." -

Strobe Talbot, President Clinton's Deputy Secretary of State, as quoted in Time, July 20th, l992.

I could and possibly will later go on for hours but.  Every angle you aproach this thing at it looks, more and more, like "there" hiding something world wide, I leave it up to you to interpret what there intentions are.

The conspiracy theorists were right.

The ideas are comming along nicely now...

In a long forgotten niche of the universe, vastly removed from the reach of humans, an ancient planet named     Tik'al continues it's story...

     [14 - 4 Billion Years ago]
In a far off globular cluster imagine a world, like our's, where inteligent life arose and engineered every cubic inch of their solar system especially their home planet where most of our focus shall remain.  The world flourished for eons untill their star began to die, seeing as how their star was similar to ours(I.E. relatively small in mass) it burned for roughly 8 billion years.  In a last ditch effort to prevent their world, the life contained upon it, and all traces of their history, from turning into a molten cauldren they mustered the highest of their technology and resources to build a massive reflective platform (initially)in circular orbit.  This saved their world from being destroyed during their star's death throws, know to us as a planetary nebula.  Once It's flames were extinguished the reflective platform slowly rotated to a polar orbit, there it provided the world with the heat it would so badly need in a system without a sol.  As luck and foresight would have it, although the surface was significantly damaged, life arose again, from the depths of their planetary core, converted long ago to a cooling system for the many sleeping reactors peppered throughout the sphere.  Life started to take back It's foothold, the inteligence that was this world's savior returned, repaired core systems including what remined of the orbital platform, reseeded life that was expunged from the surface in the cataclysm, then promptly left for other more grandiose designs.  As time passed the race of preservation slowly faded from memory as did their recollections of "home" which to them had long since become that of the stars.  The life, abandoned as well as forgotten upon a world of extreme stability and long age began to evolve...
     [...4 - 1 Billion Years ago]
The remanents of our world's host star has decayed from a white to a warm red glow, otherwise known as a red dwarf.  The only thing keeping our globe from freezing over, the exceedingly ancient orbital platform.  A significant portion of the animal life entailed hear in has adapted to 3/4 of the day being shined upon by integrating chloroplasts into their organelles thus getting energy from sunlight as well as from prey.  Yet another usefull aspect of this is the severe cut in oxygen consumption by said animals.  Meanwhile the plants have largely died out and have been replaced by "lichen" trees, these lichen differ from those were familiar with on Earth by having a vascular structure similar to plants, a sign of it's symbiotic evolutionary path with moss like organisms.  Here invertebrates have evolved internal as well as external skeletons, via the notochord evolutionary path, giving them the ability to get much larger.  Initially they all evolved from ocean going organisms akin to colonizing shrimp.  Soon these "insectoid-vertebrates" became the dominant animal life upon our world.  Now that we have a framework from here I can only say "let the world spin"...
__________
1st Charater Species - Zaz (The tree dwellers.)
Habitat - Temperate to tropical forest.  Planet wide during it's last stage of development.
Life Cycle - As a nymph it fuses to one of the last species of tree's seed, once fused the tree starts to grow and the nymph seeks out an appropriate home for both.  The tree will be in the comming time it's shelter, mutualistic symbiant, and purpose for being.  Once the tree is established the zaz defendes the tree with it's life, kills and consumes predators of the plant, feeds the plant, and clears away competing foliage.  Although the zaz is initially fused to the tree, once it as well as the tree reaches a significant enough size, it seals it's self inside the tree, there it metamorphs into a fertile adult and breaks free.  Once free it still retains the ability to symbiotically fuse with the tree, but it's purpose switches from defender to pack hunter and gatherer for the purpose of it's "hive".  A Zaz "hive" can grow extemely large given it's not destroyed by competion from such life forms as large Ohms,  or Lichen trees. The tree is a highly evolved colonizing fern that can initially house up to 6 Zaz, depending upon size and health.  When an extremely large Ohm destroys most of a Zaz's territory the last of the remaining Zaz becomes exceedingly fertile and develops into it's last stage as a warrior.  Once it starts developing to full size it gorges on it's tree's seeds and fruit while living within the tree. The tree fruiting is also a reaction to the Ohm's destructive cycle of "clear cutting" through the Zaz territory.  When the Zaz is ready with enough of it's kind, they start a hunting party to get vengence upon the Ohm responsible, and unbeknownst to them to start a new forest.  The problem with this is that if the Ohm kills to many Zaz and their tree's, the Zaz cannot launch an acceptable attack upon the Ohm horde thus they must seek out another hive to become a part of.  Once in dirrect conflict with an Ohm and having destroye'd the Ohm's "defender parasites", The Zaz pack seeks out a weak point upon the Ohm's armor to pierce, once inside they voraciously destroy tissue, and release en masse their eggs as well as the seeds they consumed earlier.  The Zaz larvae fuse with a seed as soon as they can move through the Ohm's systems, once they do they eat as much tissue as they can until either the Ohm's death or it's had it's fill, in which case it burrows to the surface and attemps to make a quick getaway from the Ohm's defensive parasites.  The Ohm can live half it's life span without even being crippled by Zaz infection.  A large colony of Zaz consists of a few casts like an ant hive, nymphs, drones, warriors, and even the occasional queen.  Specializing is triggered by filling neiches in the hive as well as nutritional changes in the individual Zaz's den tree.  Every zaz starts as a nymph, and once free from it's parent tree it developes into a drone.  After turning into a drone it will eventually change into a exceedingly fertile queen or a heavily armored warrior depending upon predation and the abundance of sustinance.  Depicted here is a typical Zaz Drone.

2nd Character Species - Ohm (The scourge)
     Habitat - Planetwide excluding oceans
Life Cycle - Extremely voracious eaters that grow to immense size, while young they are small and provide much of the life on our planet with a necessary keystone species.  They are responsible for the near destruction of the Zaz habitat, and massive tracts of lichen forest.  Once they reach a "critical mass", and once in the midst of reaching crittical mass they become fertile.  During the last stages before their critical mass they become a walking eco-system providing home to a species of "defensive parasites" and a few plant species.
     Size/Length - (around 10 cm - .5 km)

"Modern society rests on the contest of ideas, the ability to question perceived wisdom and to challenge authority. Without that contest, and without the right to free speech that makes it possible, societies stultify and become entrenched in their beliefs. That freedom to question and to challenge must include the right to be offensive, to affront people’s most heartfelt beliefs, even to disparage that which they hold sacred. Otherwise it is an empty freedom." - The Dominion Post

Science
"One early and important discovery in support of the SET occurred in the laboratory of Kwang W. Jeon, a biologist at the University of Tennessee. Jeon witnessed the establishment of an amoeba-bacteria symbiosis in which new bacterial symbionts became integrated in the host amoeba (Jeon 1991). In 1966, when the bacteria first infected the amoebas, they were lethal to their hosts. However, as time progressed, some of the infected amoebas survived and became dependent on their newly acquired endosymbionts within a few years. Jeon was able to prove this dependency by performing nuclei transplants between infected amoebas and amoebas lacking the bacteria. If left alone, the hybrid amoebas died in a matter of days. Yet if he reinfected these hybrids with the once-lethal bacteria, the amoebas recovered and once again began to grow (Margulis and Sagan 1987). This discovery served to demonstrate that endosymbiosis could provide a major mechanism for cellular evolution and explain the introduction of new species (Jeon 1991)." - www.geocities.com/jjmohn/endos…

"There are those with enlightened knowledge: this is not knowledge by birth, or knowledge by learning: it is beginningless in here, having transcended the bounds of self and other, it is being unbound by knowledge of self and other." - Dogen, Rational Zen

"Do you want to know what my body is? My body is the same as the whole earth.
Do you want to know what my mind is? My mind is the same as space itself.
Do you want to know what my vision is? I see there is nothing to see.
Do you want to know what I hear? I hear the unheard.
Since I have been seeing and hearing, why then do I speak of the unheard?  If you listen with your ears, after all you cannot understand; when you hear through your eyes, only then will you know." - Ssu-hsin

Oh my Oh my, I bet many of you thought I have abandoned my online friends, Nay I say!  I've just been busy with ALOT of work, the kind that instills the vital quality of suffering into an artist's soul, hard labor.  Ive also missed ALL Of You so fricken much...  Any who, my lastest musical addiction - :Wumpscut: Is like a heavy gothic techno...  :Wumpscut: - Slave To Evil - "There was a time I thought the mind would force the body.  There was a time I thought the mind would force the soul.  But then, I went evil.  But then, I went mad.  Evil Is ruling over my existence..."  Quite dark I know but It's how I feel living under the "sea" of greed and selfishness human society has turned into.  Any ways I'm gona try and get some of my recent/new stuff on soon...  Hoping he's not forgotten - Bumwardo Imortal...  [Listens to a little Bjork And :Wumpscut:...  Seeks balance.]
More specifically I'm going through a cycle where my mind craves calming, subconsiously effective, and emotional music, so for the past week and a half preaty much all I've listened to was Bjork...  [Buys some Parliment Phunkadelic in a vain attempt to snap out of "it".]  I blame just starting a hard job and having preaty much no "me" time, for this "resprung" affinity's place...  Other than that I'm in :zombie: mode, trying to make the work week go as fast as possible, still sorta aclimating...  I hope all Is going well for ya...  [Yawns] I'll see ya again soon... :peace:

"I wish : I want to stay here
I wish : this be enough
I wish : I only love you
I wish : simplicity

Look at the speed out there
it magnetizes me to it
and I have no fear
I'm only into this to

ENJOY

I wish I'd only look
and didn't have to touch
I wish I'd only smell this
and didn't have to taste

How can I ignore?
this is sex without touching
I'm going to explore
I'm only into this to

ENJOY" - Bjork_Post_Enjoy  :boogie:

Hello all you wonderfull people, I'm back.  OK here's what's up, my processor & heat sink did'nt have any thermal grease between em, so essencially my board was forcing it's self to freeze and crash due to "meltdown" prevention.  Probably not the HD after all but still, I have a new HD out of it... ;)  Besides this momentary setback I've still a few drivers to load unto mah PC.  I've also got a full time (40hrs+) job which is sure to bring me some "evil", greed being a time consuming, soul draining, taint to me & all.  But I will attempt to harness my newfound temporary need for greed and selfishness.  Direct it toward darker artistic expressions, what have you...  At least until something else occures to make me want to be...  "Unproductive" when it comes to physically derived labor and income...  The weekends are for Deviant Art now...  [Thank You.:peace:]
Symbiosis World Data</u>
      Planetary System - Unknown

Parent Star - Akasha  A 15 billion year old, type M red dwarf, 3rd generation star, orbiting 7,000 light years from a supermassive black hole ln a relatively dense globular cluster.

Home World - Tikal, 14 billion year old world it has a rough orbital period of .79 years, and a  surface gravity of .89 Gs.  An atmosphere composed of 46% N2, 31% O2, 14% CO2, 11% Ar, 7% NH3, 1% CH4.  Surface pressures aproach 2.3 atmospheres, average global temps aproach 63*F.  The surface is covered in dense forests, swamps, marshs, rivers, lakes, and oceans.  Below a thick matte of built up organic material there is, if you havent guessed, a planet composed almost entirely of infrastructure.  Peppered throughout various areas are the remains of massive structures, that branch out beneath the surface to various other locales, some still exposed, others keept in the dark for eons.  The oceans are all connected to their own system of tubes, reaching much deeper than the structural tunnels.  Their primary purpose is to cool the core's many breeder reactors, put in place long ago to supplement  the world's many systems.  Near and around the core are a few systems, a magnetic field generator being the most prominent, built to replace the world's long since cold and dead core, as well as computer, repair, and laser communication relay systems.
Moon - Karnak, a small metalic moon, essentially the precursor race's largest space station, over the past few millions of years has been struck by a relatively small impactor, creating a temporary and beautiful ring of material outside the polar orbital platform.

     [   W   I   P   ]...

     5 - 4 Billion Years Ago
In a far off globular cluster [ en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Globular… ], upon a world, like our's, where inteligent life arose and engineered every cubic inch of their solar system especially their home planet where most of our focus shall remain.  The world flourished for eons untill their star began to die, seeing as how their star was similar to ours(I.E. relatively small in mass) it burned for roughly 10 billion years.  In a last ditch effort to prevent their world, the life contained upon it, and all traces of their history, from turning into a molten cauldren they mustered the most advanced of their technology and resources to build a massive reflective platform in equatorial orbit.  System after system crammed upon this world, all designed to maintain the longevity of their homeworld.  This foresight saved their world from being "remodeled" during their star's death throws, know to us as a planetary nebula [ en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Planetar… ].  Once It's flames were extinguished the reflective platform slowly rotated to a polar orbit [ en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Polar_or… ], there it provided the world with the heat it would so badly need in a system without an active star.  As luck and foresight would have it, although the surface was significantly damaged, life arose again, from the depths of their planetary core, converted long ago to a cooling system for the many sleeping reactors peppered throughout the sphere.  Life started to take back It's foothold with a vengence, and as time passed the race of preservation slowly faded from memory as did their recollections of "home" which to them had long since become that of the stars.  The life, abandoned as well as forgotten upon a world of extreme stability and long age continued to evolve...

:bluebullet:4 Billion Years Ago - "Today"
The remanents of our world's host star has decayed from a white to a warm red glow[ en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Red_dwar… ].  The only thing keeping our globe from freezing over, the exceedingly ancient orbital platform.  A significant portion of the animal life entailed hear in has adapted to 3/4 of the day being shined upon by integrating chloroplasts into their organelles[ endosymbionts.blogspot.com/ & en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chloropl… ] thus getting energy from sunlight as well as from prey.  Yet another usefull aspect of this is the severe cut in oxygen consumption by said animals.  Meanwhile the plants have largely died out and have been replaced by "lichen trees"[ en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lichen ], these lichen differ from those were familiar with on Earth by having a vascular structure similar to plants, a sign of it's symbiotic evolutionary path perhaps.  Here invertebrates have evolved internal as well as external skeletons, via the notochord evolutionary path[ en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Notochor… ], giving them the ability to get much larger.  Soon these "insectoid-vertebrates" became the dominant animal life upon our world.  Now that we have a framework from here I can only say "let the wheel turn"...
I'm just so sick and tired of essentially being "dead" for 8 hours out of the day, 8 hours where I'm not observing, learning, being productive, or doing something...  *Sigh*  Though I do know how very important it is to get sleep for rest, inspiration, allowing my brain to "defrag" after a day of full conciousness, and just stuff like that...  Anyways as yall have probably heard I'm Busy*3 and I have MANY projects I want to get done but am continously side tracked by stuff.  Right now I'm workin on a collaboration with :iconi--blank--i: and I need to finish a partial city-scape for a gallery thing that :iconnewzulu: has going...  I also joined :iconabstractdeviants:, :iconproud-americans:(Need to send em a note soom...), and :iconcolorado:...  Multiple Tatoo commisions for people I work with, A self portrait for addopted family, finish one of my few paintings, finish like 5 separate drawings I sketched out but never finished...  (Stayin outa trouble...):peace:
This is not the only site where I engage in discussion, check out this thread I started, remember my belifes, experiences, and aproaches are not typical.  This is me attempting to start an intelligent debate to explain unusual phenomena...

"Well, It has been awhile since Ive started a thread so lets start... One of the things that really interests me is how can we explain logically some of the weird things we come across during our "awakenings" and experiences, I mean there has to be an estute way of (@ least eventually) explaining this. The phenomena of which I speak are precognition, ESP, telekinesis, EVP, yadda, yadda, yadda... I want to hear as many thoughts that each of you has upon this...
O.K. Ill start off (In relation to a previous thread...Our precognitive dreams/visions are believed to stem from our sub-consciousness, and our brains are pretty much nothing but "bags" of chemical electrolytes, protein, and other stuff right? At the same time take into account a little know effect in quantum physics which states that when two particles originate from the same source{1.} they will BOTH experience changes if ONE experiences change of certain kinds. This has BIG potential for our understanding of the physics of our mind and psyche. For one thing we can potentially form structures in our brains designed to pick up on these strange "dualisms" {2} thus giving a possible explanation for such things. Now another related subject, our auras are REAL, they have been photographed, and they are powerful enough to turn off florescent and sodium lights just through our presence(Tested and documented time and again throughout the world.). Some people have strong auras and others have weak ones, we can change the charge of our auras as well as the flow/direction/current (I dont recommend this one). I have had moments where my friends and me could make a big fires smoke and flame go straight up despite heavy winds. The potential explanation for this phenomena is relatively recent in human knowledge, electro-magnetism. If our bodies are nothing more that chemically reactive "bags" of water then there is a current whose strength, charge, and intensity are directly related to health, environment, diet, "catalysts"(Stones with similar or superior charge, incense, yadda, yadda...), Meditation, and the like. Well Ill shut up now and let this thread form from here... *Bring on the conversation!*
{1.} Radio active decay, dual photons given off when electrons decay in their orbits around their nucleus, undetectable yet predicted strings that have no value in "our" dimension of time so are everywhere as well as nowhere, and various other strings of the like)
{2.} I cant say duality because that term is already in use in quantum physics to apply to the wave/particle duality of light. (Old term, but still in use by common tongue.)"

:O Oh yeah recently I read in "Sky And Telescope" that there is a star out there so massive that its diameter is greater than the orbit of jupiter, can you imagine that, seriously that's fricken HUGE?!?!
This vast planet of ours is VERY beautiful and offers a VAST array of experiences, ranging from absolutely indescribable to those we wish to suppress.  If in our daily lives we always reflect upon positive aspects of our current condition we will naturally be much more grateful for our privileged position among sentient beings, and thus happy.  If in our daily live we endlessly reflect upon negative aspects we will grow mentally tired, emotionally drained, and eventually sad.  While if we go even deeper and reflect upon both positive and negative things equally we will slowly gain a much clearer understanding of suffering in general.  With this tool we can clear the way for universal improvement...  [Just me ranting...:fuzzydemon:]

*peace & love to all...*

(B) Ask me three questions, no more, no less. Ask me anything you want.

(C) Copy and paste this in your journal
Ughhh...    So frickin much to do, so little time, if only we could all stay awake for as long as we wanted or needed.
So much time wasted within the subconcious "realms" of my slumber...
Yet also so much joy & inspiration drawn forth from my fluid like sleep induced states...

Ive ALWAYS been different...  When I was young I was a runt, when I entered puberty I was overweight, And when I entered drinking age I lost ALOT of weight (100-75 lbs).  When I was young I questioned EVERYTHING, When I entered puberty I started compiling my own belifes, and when I entered drinking age I became much more outgoing/social then I have ever been.  Ive always had an affinity for the color black, despite what family thought I had an affinity for, Ive never had enough money for my own clothes and stuff.  They used to buy me everything but black just because people think black means death, witch ive never understood, the night sky is black and EVERYTHING we know of came from space...  Now that Im "wealthy" enough to afford my kind of clothes people have been labeling me as goth, mainly because of my clothes...  This made me pissed because you should judge me as gothic for having a individualistic/"dark" view on the world, not because I wear black...  [Ive mostly been an introverted anti-social person and generally angry at the world but that didnt make me labeled as gothic just angry at the world. (More so when I was overweight)]   As for the groups "we" adopt, I.E.-neon goths, fluffy bunnys, and the like... Where else are they to go since just about everyone of us humans like to label things for easy identification, "they" will logically go to the most unusual group there is to feel welcomed by someone to a degree...
